In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 N 426-FZ “On the Special Evaluation of Working Conditions”, Stellar Construction LLC completed measures to identify harmful and dangerous factors of the working environment and the work process and assess their impact on the company's employees. Special evaluation of working conditions was carried out in the central office and at the facility in Gubakha. In the process of preparing and implementing measures, commissions were created, schedules were drawn up, lists of workplaces were approved, and contracts were concluded with specialized organizations that have testing laboratories and the corresponding licenses. According to the results of a special assessment of working conditions, classes of working conditions at workplaces were established and all data were transferred to the state labor inspectorate.

Recall that a special assessment of working conditions is the responsibility of the employer to ensure the safety of workers in the course of their work and the rights of workers to workplaces that meet state regulatory labor protection requirements.
